Three Sixty Wealth Management is a relationship-driven RIA serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families with comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and multi-generational wealth strategies. They are seeking a Financial Advisor who is passionate about delivering thoughtful advice and building lasting client relationships while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented firm.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary advisor for assigned client relationships
Conduct client review meetings and ongoing financial planning conversations
Deliver a high-touch, responsive, and professional client experience
Build long-term trust with clients and their families
Develop and present holistic financial plans including:
Retirement planning
Investment planning
Tax-efficient strategies
Estate and legacy planning coordination
Risk management and insurance analysis
Update plans regularly as client circumstances change
Implement and monitor model portfolios and client allocations
Explain investment strategy and performance to clients in a clear, confident manner
Participate in investment committee discussions and research as needed
Participate in firm marketing initiatives and client events
Develop referral relationships with clients and professional partners
Contribute to the growth of the firm through relationship building and visibility
Support prospective client meetings and onboarding
Work closely with the Client Experience & Operations team to ensure flawless follow-through
Document client interactions and planning notes in CRM
Maintain organized, compliant client files and documentation
Qualification
Required

Passionate about financial planning and client relationships
Strong communicator who can explain complex topics simply
Organized, professional, and self-motivated
Collaborative and comfortable working within a team structure
Committed to fiduciary standards and ethical advice
Preferred
CFP® designation or actively pursuing
Series 65 (or 7/66) licensing
Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services
Familiarity with financial planning software and CRM systems
