Responsibilities
Perform static, safety, functional, and fire protection tests on battery products, including liquid injection operations
Conduct dynamic performance testing to verify battery reliability and compliance with technical standards
Record, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare and submit detailed test reports
Apply knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits, component selection, and electrical safety standards
Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues using strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
Follow established testing procedures and ensure all test results are accurate, traceable, and compliant with specifications
Report any anomalies or failures immediately to the responsible engineer or supervisor and assist in corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate testing instruments; ensure testing areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
Support continuous improvement in testing methods and product quality through feedback and data-driven insights
Apply basic quality management principles and contribute to product reliability enhancement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in electric related major
Over 1 years Test engineer experience, solar or battery project preferred
Over 1 year energy related work background
Working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products and the market
