Responsibilities
Build and deploy Copilot agents using Copilot Studio into real customer enterprise environments … both Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.) and other typical enterprise platforms (Workday, Jira, Oracle … the list goes on)
Work with customers or our Customer Success team to understand the unique context of each environment - the data sources, permissions, constraints, and workflows
Configure agents to operate on the datasets customers actually have, not idealised ones
Identify the underlying common problem across customer requests and generalise solutions into reusable agent patterns or templates
Contribute these patterns to a growing agent library, with clear guidance so other Builders can connect their data and adopt them
Focus on shipping value quickly — not perfection, not bespoke one-offs, but solutions that scale across customers
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, connectors and integrations, with a desire to deepen builder skills beyond demos
Experience working within Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint, identity, permissions)
Comfort operating in messy, real customer environments with incomplete information
Ability to move from customer-specific context to generalised solution
Curiosity and willingness to learn fast in unfamiliar enterprise environments
Bias to action: build, test, deploy, iterate
