Responsibilities

Ability to sit and look at a computer screen, listen to customers through a headset, and enter data quickly and accurately into a computer for long periods of time
Ability to lookup and read illustrated parts listings on the computer, microfiche, or in other reference material spatial ability
Ability to use e-mail, web applications, and an industry-specific computer application
Ability to read numbers accurately and multi-task
Ability to sell the company and our products to our customers, including up-selling
Ability to address customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Ability to manage customer complaints and/or angry customers and to handle stressful situations over a telephone

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
At least 1 year of related work experience
Required skills include communication, order entry, problem solving and resolution, up-selling, and teamwork
Ability to sit and look at a computer screen, listen to customers through a headset, and enter data quickly and accurately into a computer for long periods of time
Ability to lookup and read illustrated parts listings on the computer, microfiche, or in other reference material spatial ability
Ability to use e-mail, web applications, and an industry-specific computer application
Ability to read numbers accurately and multi-task
Ability to sell the company and our products to our customers, including up-selling
Ability to address customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Ability to manage customer complaints and/or angry customers and to handle stressful situations over a telephone
Pass drug test and criminal background check

Preferred

Mechanical aptitude or previous parts counter or mechanical experience a plus
Previous experience dealing directly with customers in an in-bound sales environment
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
