Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert, trainer, and mentor for CNC programming, setup, and machining processes
Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling, turning, mill-turn, and Swiss machines using ESPRIT and CAD/CAM tools
Support aerospace, defense, and aviation manufacturing with tight tolerances and high-mix, low-volume production
Lead continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, and quality initiatives
Interpret complex engineering drawings and ensure compliance with AS9100 and related standards
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to improve cycle times and manufacturability
Assist with new equipment integration and support the expanding Machine Center of Excellence
Train and guide programmers, machinists, and operators across shifts
Qualification
Required
