Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor physical and virtual server environments to ensure system stability and availability
Support network infrastructure and core systems under established standards and procedures
Administer user access, permissions, and identities within Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts; troubleshoot and resolve issues within defined scope
Perform routine maintenance including backups, patching, and updates in coordination with the IT Manager
Support enterprise platforms such as phone systems, access control, and security camera systems
Provide technical support to end users and escalate complex issues as appropriate
Maintain accurate technical documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
Assist with infrastructure upgrades, system implementations, and controlled changes
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in systems and network administration
Hands-on experience supporting physical and virtual server environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Ability to manage priorities independently while collaborating with IT leadership
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Comfort working in a structured, policy-driven IT environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior hands-on experience in systems administration or a closely related IT role required
Experience supporting enterprise systems, networks, and professional end users required
