Responsibilities

Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts across departments
Track and analyze large contract spend to ensure alignment with approved budgets
Prepare variance analysis and financial reports, highlighting key drivers and trends
Support month-end and periodic reporting related to budget performance
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Maintain organized financial models and documentation for ongoing analysis

Required

3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
