.Net Full Stack Developer
Amtex Systems Inc is seeking a .Net Full Stack Developer to take on urgent development responsibilities. The role involves end-to-end ownership of features, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Ownership: Design, develop, and deploy features across the stack—from front-end UI to backend APIs, infrastructure, and integrations
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical direction to the team; help elevate our engineering culture and standards
Solution Design: Partner with architects and product owners to clarify requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and architect scalable, maintainable solutions
Hands-On Development: Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute directly to delivery
Code & Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, uphold engineering best practices, and ensure consistent implementation patterns across services
DevOps & Infrastructure: Work with Docker, Linux VMs (Ubuntu/Debian), and on-prem environments; assist in improving CI/CD workflows
Auth & Security Integrations: Support authentication/authorization integrations (we use Keycloak + AD, but experience with any modern auth provider applies)
Government Tech Context: Navigate compliance requirements, security constraints, and approval workflows typical in federal environments (experience helpful, not required)
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clarify needs, surface risks early, and ensure smooth delivery
Qualification
Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5–7+ years of professional software development experience
Experience building and delivering solutions in environments that require adaptability—startups, high-growth teams, or similarly fast-moving contexts
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
Strong backend experience in C#/.NET or Java/Spring, or similar strongly typed, enterprise-grade languages
Solid understanding of microservice architecture and distributed system patterns
Strong proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
Ability to own ambiguous problems, propose solutions, and follow through independently
Preferred
Experience working with on-prem environments, Linux VMs and containerization
Practical experience integrating with authentication/authorization systems, specifically (Keycloak)
Familiarity with SQL Server, RabbitMQ
Experience in government, defense, or highly regulated environments
