Responsibilities
Answers the phones and services customers accordingly or directs the call to the appropriate party
Responsible for maintaining CRM for tracking customer, supplier, subcontractor, and vendor activity
Responsible for supplier and vendor communication and coordination assistance
Prepares invoices and billing materials for customers, follows up on customer payments
Procures office supplies within budget guidelines
Ensures timely incoming and outgoing mail flow, especially if mailbox is off-site
Fulfills errands for office on an as-needed basis
Qualification
Required
Possess High School Diploma or equivalent
Possess valid Drivers License
Minimum of three years experience in an office or customer service position, experience with sign companies preferred
Excellent communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to present and speak in public
Ability to exercise integrity at the moment of choice
Ability to think and reason strategically
Comprehensive computer skills required to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Proven experience in an organizational setting
Preferred
Experience with sign companies preferred
Monday.com or Trello experience preferred
