Responsibilities
Integrated a spark‑detection error monitoring system into the main production line to enable plug‑and‑play replacement and reduce unplanned downtime
Performed electrical wiring, panel work, and system connections to support seamless field installation
Updated PLC logic and control sequences to accommodate redesigned detection workflow
Revised electrical schematics and documentation to reflect new system architecture and ensure maintenance accuracy
Conducted detailed field measurements of production equipment to verify and correct existing engineering documentation
Updated AutoCAD drawings to reflect accurate machine dimensions and layout details
Evaluated the proposed installation area by measuring clearances and validating spatial fit for safe machine relocation
Collaborated with engineering and maintenance teams to support planning and execution of equipment moves
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2.5 GPA
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
