The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping outbound orders to customers and partners, ensuring timely fulfillment and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders based on sales orders and shipping schedules
Verify item accuracy, quantities, serial numbers, and required documentation prior to shipment
Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Coordinate daily carrier pickups (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight carriers)
Ensure proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage during transit
Update shipment status in the ERP/WMS system and resolve basic shipping discrepancies
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills and comfort using ERP/WMS systems
Preferred
Prior warehouse or shipping experience
Familiarity with shipping systems and carrier portals
