Responsibilities
Focuses on researching latest technologies, trends, and methods and explores how they can be leveraged to create new client solutions or internal processes
Collects and analyzes data on emerging trends, market opportunities, and technology advancements to inform new thought leadership
Drive internal innovation communications and cross-region innovation network for knowledge and idea sharing
Works directly with clients to identify opportunities for innovation, providing expertise in how to implement innovative solutions within their organization
Test and develop new ideas and prototypes
Work with Client Solutions to embed innovation into solutions
Incubate new solutions, focusing on enhancing customer value and keeping up with market trends
Develop new, repeatable innovative platform products that are relevant and cost effective for mid-market clients
Manages specific innovation initiatives for both channels, works with cross-functional teams, and manages projects related to emerging technologies, process improvements, and product development
