Responsibilities
Capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases
Documenting findings
Tracking tasks to completion
Reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees
Assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks
Additional administrative support duties as required
New Computer distribution
Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number)
Computer turn-in location for exiting employees
Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice
Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional
Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX
Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process
Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
1+ years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software
proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS
strong customer service skills
ability to work as a member of a team
Secret security clearance (must be a US Citizen)
Preferred
Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience
HS Diploma + 4 years of experience
