As an OTA Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge antenna and RF testing while collaborating with industry-leading clients across consumer electronics, telecommunications, and emerging wireless technologies.

Responsibilities

Execute complex OTA antenna and RF test programs for global OEM customers
Deliver high-quality test results and reports aligned with customer expectations
Support scheduling, test execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with commercial and technical teams on current and future projects
Contribute to new service development, equipment evaluations, and lab expansion
Maintain compliance with CTIA, ISO 17025, 3GPP, and ETSI standards
Engage directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or Computer Science
2+ years of experience in OTA, RF, or antenna testing
Hands-on experience with active and passive antenna testing
Knowledge of CTIA OTA methodologies and wireless standards
Strong organizational skills with balanced technical and commercial judgment
Passion for wireless technology and emerging RF trends
