Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain SCADA solutions using Ignition, focusing on Vision and Perspective modules
Develop and customize automation workflows through scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Ignition’s scripting environment)
Integrate databases for data logging, reporting, and analytics using SQL or other relational database platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Industry 4.0 and smart factory initiatives
Troubleshoot and optimize SCADA systems for performance, reliability, and scalability
Participate in system upgrades, expansions, and ongoing maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Ignition SCADA, including both Vision & Perspective modules
Intermediate proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Ignition's scripting environment, with a focus on automation, data processing, and UI customization
Basic to intermediate experience with SQL or other relational databases, specifically in the context of data logging, reporting, and analytics
Foundational understanding of smart factory concepts and related technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Effective collaboration and communication skills
