DFSMS, DFHSM, IDCAMS, ISMF
RACF / Mainframe Security
Batch & Online performance tuning
Storage & tape migrations (DASD, VTS, TS7700)
Workload scheduling (CA-7, Control-M, IWS/TWS)
Monitoring tools (RMF, SMF, OMEGAMON)
Mainframe modernization & automation
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
