Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Tax
Expenses
Design and configure financial setups such as:
Chart of Accounts
Payment terms
Approval workflows
Accounting and reporting rules
Drive automation and operational efficiency in:
Invoice processing
Vendor payments
Inventory valuation
Financial close processes
Align Oracle Financials with wholesale distribution operations, including:
Inventory valuation
Landed cost
Rebates and vendor funding
Margin and profitability analysis
Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure accurate financial integration across:
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Support financial compliance and reporting for distribution-specific KPIs such as:
Gross margin by SKU
Freight cost allocation
Vendor rebates and chargebacks
Experience integrating Oracle Financials with third-party financial supply chain tools such as:
HighRadius
BlackLine
TM1
Concur
Kyriba
Vertex
Work closely with IT and integration teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions
Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver enterprise-wide financial solutions
Ensure systems comply with GAAP, SOX, and internal audit requirements
Maintain comprehensive documentation including:
Functional configurations
Test scripts
Change management artifacts
Facilitate:
Business workshops
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Training sessions for finance and operations teams
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall experience with a strong consulting background
Proven experience with Big 4 consulting firms
Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud expert
Migration from SAP to Oracle ERP
Wholesale Distribution domain expertise
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
Lead end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules including: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Tax, Expenses
Design and configure financial setups such as: Chart of Accounts, Payment terms, Approval workflows, Accounting and reporting rules
Drive automation and operational efficiency in: Invoice processing, Vendor payments, Inventory valuation, Financial close processes
Align Oracle Financials with wholesale distribution operations, including: Inventory valuation, Landed cost, Rebates and vendor funding, Margin and profitability analysis

Maintain comprehensive documentation including: Functional configurations, Test scripts, Change management artifacts
Facilitate: Business workshops, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training sessions for finance and operations teams
Preferred
Provide expertise in payroll processing for US and Mexico associates using: On-premise SAP HCM and/or SAP ECP (Employee Central Payroll)
Interact with business users to: Gather requirements, Prepare functional specifications, Configure, test, and deploy solutions in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors
Work closely with SAP technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Maintain company structures, job components, and position management
Enhance employee profile portlets and manage role-based permissions
Maintain: Requisition templates, Recruitment pipeline, Candidate profiles in RCM
Configure: Business rules, Workflows, Dynamic roles, Alerts and notifications
Support onboarding (ONB), panel creation, document uploads, and point-to-point integrations
Configure and maintain Kronos Workforce Central for: Time capture, Manager approvals, Time sheet validation
