Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in IP litigation, specifically involving trade secrets, patents, and other IP at a mid-size to large law firm
Experience in all aspects of litigation in large matters, including research; drafting; ESI collection, review, and production; witness interviews; depositions; and trial
Capability of managing a complex docket
Willingness to learn new technology or subject matter quickly
Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar
Preferred
Experience in specialized areas (e.g. biology, chemistry, AI, or computer code)
