Responsibilities
Support the development and maintenance of Excel‑based reports and Power BI dashboards, Tableau for operational metrics and SLAs
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting
Validate data accuracy and resolve basic data issues
Help identify trends, variances, and operational risks
Assist in tracking labor hours versus the budget
Support analysis of staffing levels, productivity, and overtime
Help prepare operational summaries for management and station leaders
Assist in maintaining contract performance scorecards
Support the identification of underperforming stations or contracts
Track follow‑ups and corrective action updates
Maintain and update operational data in Quickbase
Support report automation and data standardization efforts
Learn and follow established data governance and reporting standards
Work with field operations and station management to understand workflows
Support operational reviews and improvement initiatives
Participate in process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Aviation Management, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
0–2 years of experience in operations, analytics, aviation, logistics, or a related field
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data analysis)
Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI, Tableau
Comfortable working with data and numbers
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Preferred
Internship or co‑op experience in data or operations is a plus
Familiarity with Quickbase or similar database/workflow tools preferred
