Responsibilities
Build and maintain data pipelines: Assist with the development and upkeep of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) pipelines that move data from various sources into our data warehouses and lakes
Support data quality: Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of our datasets
Troubleshoot and monitor: Aid in monitoring data pipelines and infrastructure and diagnose and resolve basic issues as they arise
Document processes: Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines, processes, and schemas for future reference and knowledge sharing
Support large data volumes and design for scalability
As a key member of the team drive adoption of new technologies, tools, and process improvements to build world class analytical capabilities for web analytics, optimization, experimentation and personalization
Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: Product Management, Project Management, Data Architects, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Software Engineers, and other Data Engineers
Build GenAI based solutions to solve for customers/Experts benefit or internal productivity gains
Qualification
Required
Bachelors/ Masters in computer science or related field
Experience in developing data pipelines, creating ETLs, and working in distributed systems
Good SQL skills
Ideal candidate to have 1+ years of experience in end-to-end data warehouse implementations
Hands on experience in AWS technologies (S3, EMR, Redshift) or other cloud technologies
Hands on experience in any of the programming languages (Python, Java, etc)
Knowledge of AI / ML, Generative AI
Understanding of the Software design and architecture process
Hands on experience with unit testing and data quality automation checks
Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
