Responsibilities

Monitor and control daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and staging activities
Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints related to labor, space, and equipment, and take proactive actions
Serve as the escalation owner for critical operational issues impacting shipment execution and service level
Manage operational irregularities such as missed pickups, shipment delays, mis-shipments, inventory discrepancies, and system errors through root cause analysis and resolution
Monitor daily shipping schedules and execution status to minimize delays and shipment reschedules
Conduct on-site warehouse visits as required to review actual operations and support improvement initiatives including new operation setup and stabilization support
Act as the single point of contact for customers regarding warehouse operations and shipment performance
Manage and explain key service metrics including on-time performance, reschedule rate, damage rate, and productivity
Proactively communicate operational risks, delays, root causes, and recovery plans to customers and internal stakeholders
Provide fact-based, data-driven responses to customer inquiries and escalations
Translate customer requirements into actionable items in coordination with operations, planning, transportation, and IT teams
Prepare and lead weekly and monthly operational performance reviews with customers
Define, monitor, and analyze warehouse and logistics KPIs to identify performance trends and gaps
Utilize data analysis to identify structural operational issues and continuous improvement opportunities
Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes including warehouse operations, inventory flow, shipping, and transportation
Convert analytical findings into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for management and customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or related industries
Ability to effectively work in multinational corporate environment
Willingness and ability to travel as required to support multi-site warehouse operations
Experience in a 3PL organization with exposure to Key Account Management and/or Operation Process Innovation roles
Proven track record of leading warehouse or logistics process improvement initiatives, including standardization, KPI redesign, or operational stabilization
Experience managing strategic customers and serving as an escalation point in a multi-site or control-tower environment

Preferred

Background in driving continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies) within logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
