Responsibilities
Support day-to-day field operations on heavy civil construction projects
Assist with planning and execution of construction activities
Perform quantity take-offs, track installed quantities, and support cost control efforts
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, inspection reports, and daily logs
Support QA/QC processes, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and close-outs
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely material delivery
Assist with schedule updates using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
1–5 years of experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction (internship experience considered)
Experience on projects involving aqueducts, flood control, water conveyance, utilities, earthwork, or concrete structures
Strong understanding of construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, daily reports)
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and field inspections
