Responsibilities

Performing Continuity and Isolation testing, Contact Separation and Retention testing and Hi-pot testing
Use of a variety of test and measurement instrumentation such as multimeters, power supplies, function generators and oscilloscopes is required
Implementing ATP / environmental testing and use of Automated Testing Equipment
Routine use of applications including analog, digital and/or logic systems
Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform routine testing, checkout, troubleshooting, prototype building and environmental testing
Perform routine operational tests and fault isolation to ensure conformance with design specifications
Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to component level
Conduct defined tests and collect data as assigned

Required

High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience
No clearance required to start
Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of test and measurement instrumentation such as multimeters, power supplies, function generators and oscilloscopes
Ability to read and follow schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans
Familiarity with analog, digital and/or logic systems
Able and willing to work 2nd shift

Preferred

Additional electronics training equivalent to 2 years technical trade school or military technical school
Ability to obtain or active DoD Security Clearance
ATP / environmental testing and experience using Automated Testing Equipment
