Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted technical consultant for our clients, guiding them on best practices for processing and analyzing Medicare claims data and generating RWE
Contribute to, enhance, and support the scalable, reusable Python and SAS analytics frameworks that our entire team uses to deliver insights
Expose and monitor complex patient journeys, identify lines of therapy (LOT) treatment patterns, and assess physician network models
Translate your engineering models and findings into clear, actionable stories for non-technical VPs and engagement managers
Mentor junior team members and champion a culture of high-quality, reusable, and well-documented code
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on, in-the-trenches experience with messy healthcare claims (Medicare, IQVIA, Komodo, etc.)
5+ years in a client-facing RWE, HEOR, or analytics consulting role
Proficiency in Python for data, with experience building production-ready frameworks
Academic rigor (MS or PhD in Epi, Biostats, Health Informatics, CS, or similar)
Ability to build trust instantly and present to an executive audience with clarity and precision
Preferred
Navigated the complexities of a research data center (VRDC, etc.)
Portfolio of published research using claims data
Experience wrangling Medicare Part D event files
Deep domain expertise in Oncology, Hematology, or Ophthalmology
