Evaluation Specialist - Human Trafficking Training and Technical Assistance

They are seeking an Evaluation Specialist to lead evaluation and monitoring projects, collect and analyze data, and develop training programs for frontline professionals.

Responsibilities
Lead evaluation and monitoring projects to assess service delivery programs for vulnerable populations, including survivors of human trafficking
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data on violence, behavioral health, public safety, and public health issues
Conduct applied research and evaluations, including literature reviews, environmental scans, and abstract screenings
Facilitate high-level meetings, trainings, and focus groups with diverse stakeholders
Administer online surveys using tools such as Qualtrics, Google Forms, and Survey Monkey
Utilize analytical software like STATA, SAS, or SPSS for data analysis
Write reports and journal articles to communicate findings effectively
Manage and mentor staff while leading research and evaluation initiatives
Develop, implement, and evaluate T/TA programs for frontline professionals
Identify challenges, analyze issues, and recommend solutions in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in any field
10+ years' experience in monitoring, evaluation, and applied research
Expertise in evaluating service delivery programs for vulnerable populations
Experience with federal clients in T/TA service provision
Proficiency in survey administration tools and analytical software
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to multi-task and adapt to evolving needs
Ability to legally work in the United States
