Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning, including tagging, labeling, and accurate data entry
Manage the receiving and shipping of equipment, components, and materials — verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and updating tracking systems in real-time
Perform regular audits and physical inventory counts to ensure 99%+ accuracy and proactively resolve shortages
Fulfil parts requests for technicians and engineers efficiently and maintain well-organized staging areas
Interface with vendors to process RMAs, warranty claims, and equipment replacements
Generate inventory reports, performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or supply chain — ideally in tech or manufacturing
Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools for reporting
Experience with inventory management systems and asset tracking databases
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of data centre hardware (servers, networking, storage) is a plus
