Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and machine learning models
Manage data ingestion, preprocessing, validation, and feature engineering
Build, deploy, and maintain AI infrastructure and pipelines
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
Automate workflows and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems
Monitor models in production and implement continuous improvements
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and data teams in SAFe Agile environments
Ensure solutions align with federal security, compliance, and governance requirements
Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship (required). Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years experience
Experience across the AI system lifecycle including development and deployment
Proficiency with machine learning frameworks and programming languages
Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments
Preferred
Master's degree in a technical field
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
Experience supporting federal or public-sector IT programs
Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and security best practices
