Operating Partner or Board Member, Growth and Provider Network Scale, Healthcare
Venture Equities is an independent sponsor group focused on acquiring a profitable healthcare marketplace serving medical practices. They are seeking a senior commercial operator to lead growth efforts and serve as a board member or operating partner post-acquisition, with responsibilities including scaling practice acquisition and building a sales team.

Responsibilities
Scaling practice acquisition, especially across private practices and multi location groups
Building, hiring, and managing a distributed sales team, including comp plans, territories, quota, and ramp
Establishing repeatable growth playbooks, sales management cadence, and metrics
Driving partnerships and enterprise relationships where appropriate, without creating compliance risk
Supporting CEO and leadership hiring decisions post close
Qualification
Required
Scaling practice acquisition, especially across private practices and multi location groups
Building, hiring, and managing a distributed sales team, including comp plans, territories, quota, and ramp
Establishing repeatable growth playbooks, sales management cadence, and metrics
Driving partnerships and enterprise relationships where appropriate, without creating compliance risk
Supporting CEO and leadership hiring decisions post close
Former CRO, VP Sales, VP Growth, or similar in healthcare services or healthcare commerce
Deep experience selling into medical practices, medspas, and adjacent private practice channels
Has scaled a sales organization meaningfully, ideally 15 plus reps and beyond
Has pattern recognition for what breaks at scale and how to fix it
Board experience or sponsor backed advisory experience is a strong plus
Has operated in businesses at or above $30M EBITDA, or led a major division at that scale
