Responsibilities
Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements
Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance
Leading and Mentoring – Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience (i.e., writing user stories, creating and updating systems Use Cases, etc.)
Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field
Experience leading projects and designing solutions
Ability to engage with purpose to find the right solutions
Ability to investigate complex problems and make sense of information
Ability to communicate detailed information in an impactful way
Ability to collaborate and work in an inclusive team environment
Ability to build strong relationships and networks
Ability to inspire outcomes by making oneself heard
Preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies
Experience with Application and/or Architecture Development
