CFS is seeking a reliable and organized Office / Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, accounting activities, and project coordination across multiple offices. Responsibilities
Accounting & Billing Support Process accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing and payment tracking
Support project billing and ensure timely and accurate invoices
Assist with basic accounting records and documentation
Project Coordination Create and manage projects in the engagement system
Track project benchmarks, timelines, and deliverables
Support multiple offices with project-related coordination and communication
Assist teams with administrative aspects of project setup and tracking
Office Administration Support daily office operations and handle a variety of administrative tasks
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Coordinate meeting logistics, including ordering food and supplies
Run occasional errands such as FedEx/UPS drop-offs and pickups
Provide general support for ad hoc and “oddball” office needs as they arise
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of basic accounting/bookkeeping or administrative experience
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Friendly, approachable, and eager to help teammates at all levels
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to changing needs
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
