Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to executives and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer phones, route calls, and manage email correspondence
Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Order office supplies and liaise with vendors as needed
Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics
Greet visitors and ensure a professional front-office experience
Support special projects and ad hoc administrative needs
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred
Experience supporting senior leadership
Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, or document management systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
