Senior LevelEPITEC is seeking a Software Engineer to join their lead generation Ads product team. The main function of this role is to apply computer science principles to design, develop, test, and evaluate software systems, while optimizing campaign targeting to enhance advertiser budget efficiency.

Responsibilities
Candidate will contribute to Lead Gen campaign setup automation
Will be targeting automation by setting up appropriate A/B test experiments, experiment monitoring and experiment analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver impactful solutions
Design and implement scalable solutions: Architect and code robust, scalable software systems tailored to business needs
Drive innovation within the team: Advocate for novel approaches, tools, and technologies to maintain technical excellence
Develop standards and guidelines to guide the use and acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required
React and PHP experience
Javascript experience
Ads development experience
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time
Strong knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc
Preferred
Experience owning high-impact projects and driving them from ideation to launch
A/B Test Experience
Data analysis experience
