Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service/contact center experience
1+ year experience with CRM platforms
1+ year experience with Microsoft Office
Strong English grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow detailed procedures
Proficiency in navigating technical systems and ticketing tools
