Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native Android applications
Build and enhance modern Android architectures using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
Participate in the full application lifecycle: design, development, testing, release, and maintenance
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and stability issues
Implement unit tests and UI automation to ensure application reliability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Stay current with Android platform updates, tools, and industry trends
Ensure adherence to security, data protection, and mobile compliance standards
Qualification
Required
6+ years of native mobile application development experience
Strong native Android development experience (required)
Expert-level Kotlin experience, including: Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Flow
Strong hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose
Experience with Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt or equivalent)
Proficiency with Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern Android UI principles
Strong experience building and maintaining Android libraries using Gradle/Maven
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party API integrations
Solid understanding of Android architectural patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVC/MVP, Factory, Singleton, etc
Working knowledge of unit testing and Android testing frameworks
Experience with Git-based version control systems
Preferred
Knowledge of mobile CI/CD best practices
Strong understanding of UI/UX and accessibility standards
Familiarity with: Bluetooth and BT Profiles, Digital Key technologies, OAuth 2.0, External accessories and mobile integrations
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Familiarity with Google Play policies and app submission guidelines
