Billing Coordinator
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. They are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to support Field Service Administration operations, ensuring accurate processing of timesheets, billing codes, and service invoices while providing strong customer service support.
Responsibilities
Review and validate field service technician timesheets against scheduling systems
Ensure correct billing codes are applied to service work and technician labor
Scan, review, and maintain timesheet documentation and records
Review service invoices for completeness and billing accuracy
Process expense reports and reimbursement requests for field service technicians
Serve as backup support for company-wide employee expense processing when needed
Communicate directly with technicians to resolve timesheet, billing, or expense discrepancies
Monitor shared inbox and service system submissions daily
Reconcile receipts, expense reports, and supporting documentation
Assist with customer inquiries related to billing and service activity
Partner with Billing Supervisor to ensure daily workflow priorities are met
Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
Support continuous improvement of billing and expense processing workflows
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, accounting support, or service coordination environment
Experience processing expense reports and reimbursement requests
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and service or CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience reviewing timesheets, service billing, or labor coding
Experience working with systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Experience supporting field service, manufacturing, or service-based organizations
Strong background in billing coordination, expense processing, or service administration
Comfortable communicating directly with technicians and internal stakeholders
Highly organized with strong follow-up and documentation habits
Strong customer service mindset and phone communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an onsite environment
Local to Parsippany, NJ area and able to commit to onsite schedule
