Contracts and Legal Operations Coordinator
Consertus is a global capital program management and advisory firm headquartered in Miami, Florida. They are seeking a self-driven and experienced Contracts and Legal Operations Coordinator to lead contract management efforts and administer their contract lifecycle management platform, driving operational improvements and supporting project delivery teams across the business.

Responsibilities
Ensure robust and complete contract management, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, and implementing process changes
Play a leading role in onboarding newly acquired companies into the contract management system, organizing their contracts, tracking key contract provisions, and supporting training
Assume ownership of data integrity in the CLM
Monitor in-flight contracts to prevent bottlenecks in review, approval, or e-signature
Provide frontline support for contract requesters with system and process questions
Partner with Finance and Ops to onboard vendors, request COIs, and ensure accurate setup in all systems
Upload and circulate contracts for execution
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analyses using Excel and CLM data to support contract visibility, compliance tracking, vendor management, and executive insights
Leverage Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) to reconcile contract data, analyze trends, and improve legal operations workflows
Help develop and keep the Contracting Guidebook and Legal intranet portal up to date
Manage certificates of insurance as needed
Support our vendor management efforts, including the development and roll-out of an in-house vendor onboarding and management system
Help build the foundation of a best-in-class legal and compliance function, with an initial focus on our entity management and contracting functions
Support Legal team members and other company employees on other tasks, as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in contracting, compliance, and/or legal operations fields
Experience with, and strong understanding of, contract terms and conditions including risk identification and compliance requirements
Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, particularly in project management and advisory, construction, or energy industries, is highly desirable. Preference for those with experience with Ironclad CLM
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyze data, build reports and work with structured datasets
Leverage Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation) to reconcile contract data, analyze trends, and improve legal operations workflows
BS/BA from an accredited university preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Highly organized and structured, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Demonstrated ability to translate contract data into actionable insights for legal and business stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a comfort level working with data, metrics, and reporting tools such as Excel
Ability to independently manage priorities and continuously improve processes in a growing, fast‑paced environment
Preferred
BS/BA from an accredited university preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
