Responsibilities

Delivers care to patient’s pre, during and post procedure
Assists physician performing procedure to include but not limited to catheterizations, interventions, and implants
Implements patient care; documents patient assessments and flow of procedure; identifies and reports situations requiring intervention; communicates goals and plan of care; assures patient rights

Qualification

Cardiac Cath Lab experienceBLS CertificationACLS CertificationCardiovascular Technology degreePatient care skillsCommunication skills

Required

Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technology and/or healthcare related associate degree or equivalent
Will require Cardiac Cath Lab experience and/or on the job training
BLS and ACLS Certifications
Hospital Cardiac Cath lab setting experience, including CVT school clinicals
