Manage packaging requests from initial briefings through final delivery
Receive requests from merchants and input jobs into the workflow management tool
Track creative asset requests and ensure timelines are met
Identify issues, provide problem resolution, and support risk mitigation
Communicate effectively with outside vendors and external partners

Required

Proven experience in creative operations or project management, with 5-7 years of managerial experience

Bachelor's degree
