Responsibilities
Schedule interviews and phone screens directly with candidates and hiring managers, including coordinating logistics and travel when required
Update candidate records and job postings within recruiting and applicant tracking systems
Provide timely follow-up communication to candidates via phone and email regarding interview status and next steps
Track recruiting activity and deliver weekly candidate status and scheduling reports
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare debrief materials
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, scheduling efficiency, and process workflows
Assist with additional recruiting coordination projects as needed
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or a coordination-heavy role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Strong customer focus with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience scheduling candidates in a medical or healthcare environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Background supporting high-volume or operations recruiting teams
