Auditing and redesigning our KYC flow with Legal
Organizing our hiring flow and building an employee onboarding process
Shepherding our SOC2 implementation
Developing sales strategies and metrics with the GTM team
Qualification
Required
You're extremely organized
You like being able to touch multiple functions in a business, wear many hats, etc
You have experience in project management, operations, or finance
You stay away from process for the sake of process
You pride yourself on being a generalist
You have excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
You're a ex founder or want to found a company at some point
You're an excel wizard
You love vibecoding / you're not afraid of the terminal
