Responsibilities
Process ACH payments
Update bank user information for employees
Update bank information for franchise owners to receive funds
Monitor bank accounts and cash levels
Assist in the processing of state and Local Sales and Use Tax Returns
Assist in the processing of State Property Tax Returns
Process Business Licenses/Permits
Prepare quarterly estimated payments
Prepare Financial and Other Reports
Prepare Tax Information and Reporting
Perform special projects, as necessary
Qualification
Required
Work experience is flexible and pay will be commensurate with relevant experience
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Accounting experience preferred
Treasury/Bank/ACH management experience preferred
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics a plus
Experience in federal and/or multi-state tax compliance, and tax planning/research a plus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and all other Microsoft office tools
Knowledge of use of computer systems, communication tools, and software
