The ideal candidate will support analytics initiatives in a regulated healthcare/life sciences environment, including system migration and compliance, while following ITIL and SDLC best practices.

Responsibilities
Work extensively with Discoverant 4.x for data analysis, reporting, and insights
Develop and optimize Oracle SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation
Support data analytics initiatives within healthcare and life sciences domains
Participate in migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and system stability
Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and organizational quality standards
Follow ITIL and SDLC methodologies throughout project execution
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Document processes, analytics logic, and compliance artifacts as required
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences
Strong hands-on experience with Discoverant 4.x
Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL
Solid understanding of GxP compliance and regulated environments
Experience supporting system migrations
Strong knowledge of ITIL and SDLC methodologies
Excellent communication skills for client-facing and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred
Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical data
Prior experience in data quality, validation, or compliance reporting
Exposure to other analytics or BI platforms
