Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain cloud security controls across GCP, AWS, and Azure
Support and maintain TxDOT’s Cloud Security Monitoring platform
Build automated security guardrails and enforce policies in GCP
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response
Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks
Qualification
Required
Cloud architecture and security (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Incident response, risk management, DevSecOps, container security
Hands-on experience with tools like Wiz, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Tenable
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer certification
Experience with Cloud KMS, Cloud Armor, SCC, GKE, DLP, Chronicle
Automation and policy-as-code exposure
