Responsibilities
Designing learning experiences that support AI-driven operational change
Enabling workforce readiness for automation, AI adoption, and continuous improvement through change management strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Factors, or related field
Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, automation, or emerging technologies in learning
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, UX design, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
