Responsibilities

Engage in project work aimed at safety and process improvements within our manufacturing site
Conduct data collection and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and quality
Provide technical support to our operations team, aiding in problem-solving and troubleshooting
Collaborate with engineers and staff to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas
Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation and reports

Required

Currently enrolled in a 4 year related degree program at a University or College
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical and Electrical preferred)
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
Class Standing Required – Sophomore/Junior
Attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must be highly motivated and assertive with a strong commitment to success. Self-starter with 'Can Do' attitude
Demonstrated ability to try new ideas
Demonstrated safety awareness and priority
Ability to accept guidance and learn from experiences
Hands on, should expect ~50% of time to be spent on the floor
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Must have good people skills and be team-oriented (member/leader). Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the organization

Preferred

Prior internship experience preferred but not required
Manufacturing experience desired
High Speed Manufacturing experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft applications; familiarity with AutoCAD and SAP is a plus
