Responsibilities

Design end-to-end cloud architecture solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
Define and implement cloud adoption strategies, including public, private, and hybrid cloud models
Evaluate existing systems and make recommendations for cloud migration, modernization, and optimization
Establish cloud governance, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance, security, and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Networking, and Application teams to ensure integrated and seamless deployment
Lead architecture reviews, cloud assessments, and proof-of-concept efforts
Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and roadmaps
Mentor development and infrastructure teams on cloud best practices and architectural standards

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without requiring, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required
Minimum of 10 years of experience designing and implementing solutions on one or more major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in systems administration, software development, or enterprise architecture
Minimum of 10 years of advanced container experience with Docker and Kubernetes or other container orchestration platform
Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience with scripting languages
Solid knowledge of cloud networking (VPCs, VPN, DNS, Load Balancing), storage, and compute services
Understanding of security, identity management, and compliance in the cloud (IAM, encryption, audit logging)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles
Foundational understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS)
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
Familiarity with basic monitoring tools and troubleshooting practices

Preferred

One or more preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional; Azure Solutions Architect - Expert
