Core BTS is seeking a Design & Web Specialist responsible for creating visually compelling digital assets and maintaining the organization’s websites. This role combines graphic design, web design, and basic front-end development to support various marketing and communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the corporate website, including page layouts, UI/UX updates, content formatting, and ongoing optimization for usability, accessibility, and conversion
Develop on-brand graphics and visual assets for web, campaigns, sales, social media, and events
Create visual standards and templates, PowerPoints, datasheets, solution briefs, and iconograph to ensure consistent brand identity across all teams
Collaborate with campaign, content, and product teams to translate technical offerings into clear, attractive visual designs and web experiences
Manage website content updates and publishing workflows within the CMS (content management system), ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely execution
Enforce brand guidelines across all digital and visual touchpoints; identify and correct inconsistencies
Maintain a centralized library of design assets, templates, and documentation
Review and approve design requests to ensure alignment with brand and quality standards
Document processes, standards, and workflows related to web and design operations
Support landing page creation and A/B testing for campaigns and lead generation

Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Web Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in graphic design and web content management
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and gather feedback
Ability to work cross functionally with other teams across NRI
Experience working with Microsoft platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint)
