Responsibilities
Perform PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, and root‑cause diagnosis to support customer product repair goals
Develop comprehensive board repair plans, including technical approach, timelines, risk assessment, and identification of dependencies
Utilize PCB troubleshooting tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic instruments
Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver timely repair outcomes
Contribute to a collaborative environment, supporting both junior and senior team members
Operate with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong ownership and problem‑solving capabilities
Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on expertise in PCBA design analysis, reverse engineering, and troubleshooting
Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields
Proficiency with diagnostic tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, etc
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Preferred
