Responsibilities
Caseloads designed for impact, not overload
Support from a licensed BCBA clinical lead
Collaborative IEP and intervention planning teams
A shared resource library (no need to start from scratch!)
Referral & performance bonus eligibility
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution
Active BCBA certification (and ability to obtain TN license within the first year of hire)
Successful background check before employment begins
At least 1+ years of experience
Passion for culturally responsive care and educational equity
Preferred
