Responsibilities
Serve as the operational backbone for advertising programs supporting mid-market and international advertisers
Own end-to-end campaign setup, QA, and billing alignment with advertiser requirements
Ensure invoicing accuracy and revenue operations compliance
Manage programmatic advertising operations, including audience and catalog distribution to partners
Monitor and troubleshoot data feeds, ensuring overall platform and data-sharing health
Act as the primary owner of audience management, including audience builds and health checks
Work with Hightouch or similar audience/CDP tools and support future audience and clean room initiatives
Support consumer-facing execution by building landing pages when required
Qualification
Required
Experience in Ads Operations, Marketing Operations, or Ad Operations
Hands-on experience with campaign setup, QA, and billing/invoicing processes
Experience managing audiences using tools such as Hightouch or similar CDPs
Familiarity with programmatic advertising operations
Experience monitoring and managing data feeds and integrations
Strong documentation skills, including creating and maintaining SOPs
Comfortable working across data platforms and CMS tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in retail media environments
Prior agency experience in Ads or Media Operations
Exposure to clean room solutions
Experience supporting international advertisers
Familiarity with DSPs and programmatic advertising ecosystems
